Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of inclusive and well-regarded schools in Brent to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants at Level 1, 2, and 3. Whether you’re beginning your journey in education or have years of SEN experience, there’s a role suited to your skill level and passion for helping children with additional needs thrive.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils across EYFS, Primary, or Secondary, depending on your experience. You'll work one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted support for students with autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or learning difficulties.

The Role:

Provide in-class support for pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

Adapt learning resources and assist with daily activities and routines

Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional regulation
About You:
-
Experience working with children or young people with special needs (school or care settings)

Relevant qualifications are desirable (e.g., CACHE Level 1–3, NCFE, SEND diploma, or equivalent)

Patience, empathy, and resilience are essential qualities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
