Position: Flexible Supply Teacher
Location: Tameside Area
Job Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dynamic Classroom Leadership:
Deliver engaging lessons to students in various subject areas.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse student needs.
2. Curriculum Delivery:
Follow school-specific curriculum guidelines and lesson plans.
Ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks.
3. Behaviour Management:
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
Implement effective behaviour management techniques.
4. Flexibility and Adaptability:
Be available for short-term assignments and cover needs.
Adapt to different school settings and teaching requirements.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Adaptable and able to work in diverse school environments.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
