Location: Huntingdon | Cambridge | Peterborough
Salary: £163 – £238.18 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Flexible – Full-Time | Part-Time | Day-to-Day | Long-Term

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is expanding its team of dedicated Qualified Primary Supply Teachers across Cambridgeshire, including Huntingdon, Cambridge, and Peterborough.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you’ll enjoy a flexible and rewarding role where every day brings something new. You will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a variety of local primary schools

Follow pre-set lesson plans (and occasionally provide your own resources)
-
Teach during school hours (8:30am – 3:30pm)
-
Choose your own working pattern – from 1 to 5 days per week
Whether you’re seeking short-term supply work, long-term placements, or even a permanent role, we’ll help you find a position that suits your lifestyle.
Eligible teachers can also benefit from our Guaranteed Pay Scheme – ensuring you’re paid even on non-working days.
Requirements
To join our team, you’ll need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a UK-recognised equivalent

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Availability for at least one day per week

A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
