£130 - £140 Per day

Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various subjects and age groups.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and adapt them as needed.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to students on their progress and achievements.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant teaching methods.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Experience:

Prior experience working as a teacher or educator, preferably in a classroom setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education.
• Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting.

Working Conditions:

• Work in school environments following the academic calendar.
• Potential for short notice assignments and flexibility in scheduling.
• Collaborate with different teaching staff and adapt to various classroom settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
