Teachers needed for D2D supply – Chichester
Teaching Personnel require qualified Teachers to work in a supply capacity for day-to-day bookings. We appreciate many Teachers can be hesitant to lose the security of a permanent role but we have countless testimonies from Teachers who since working with us have better work-life-balance, more freedom in how and when they work, can focus just on Teaching again and wish they had made the switch sooner.
We find that for Teachers seeking new experiences & variation within their teaching, delight in working without the commitments and longevity of permanent roles. These educators can focus solely on their Teaching quality, pupil comprehension & reduced expectations.
The pandemic has changed a lot with working practice, and we welcome educators who require flexibility. You work with Teaching Personnel on your own terms and can take back the life-work balance that is currently missing in permanent roles.
These roles are also excellent for those who are trying new areas, specialities or want to reassess their Teaching parameters. You can try different types of schools and class environments and we welcome feedback on your days in schools, whether they ae positive or negative as this helps shape the best place for you.
The ideal candidate:
- Will hold QTS.
- Have a current DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
- Be available on a part-time or full-time basis.
- Have experience of the current KS1 and/or KS2 UK curriculum.
Benefits:
- Full time/ Part time work available.
- Competitive hourly pay.
- Dedicated personal consultant.
- Weekly pay
- Pension Scheme
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
