Teaching Personnel is recruiting Fully Qualified Teachers (FQT) for supply teaching jobs in Bath and the surrounding areas. We are looking for confident and passionate teachers who are seeking flexible supply work, including day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and long-term placements in local schools.

Supply Teacher Role & Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom cover across primary and secondary schools

Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom
Supply Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Experience working as a supply teacher or classroom teacher

Strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading a class

A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s education

Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to teaching
