Subject Specialist Teachers – Secondary Schools Across South Yorkshire
Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Opportunities Available
Are you a passionate Subject Specialist Teacher looking for your next opportunity in secondary education? Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Teaching Personnel is recruiting talented educators to work across a network of welcoming secondary schools throughout South Yorkshire.
We are seeking teachers across a range of subject areas, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, Art, Design Technology, PE, Computing, Music, Business Studies, and more.
The Role
As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-focused lessons within your specialist subject.
- Inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools).
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to help pupils reach their full potential.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
