You will be working with an experienced teacher in a small class group, rich in children from diverse backgrounds and ability levels. - The paid role is a real mixture to give a great insight into the working life of an Alternative Provision. As a teaching assistant, you will be gaining such valuable experience which could lead onto a permanent, or extended temporary contracted position at the school.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
