Sports Coach

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools looking to recruit sports coaches/teaching assistants.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with children aged 3-11 and will have at least two qualifications in coaching sports and should be a level two coach (or sports graduate).
Any classroom based experience would be beneficial, as schools will look to utilise sports coaches as general TAs, behaviour mentors and providing 1:1/small group support.
This type of role would entail:
- Planning, delivering and assessing the PE curriculum
- Leading: breakfast, lunch and after school clubs
- Providing additional dimensions to the school through extended activities outside of school
- Liaising with class teachers on gifted and talented children
- Working alongside local organisations to arrange tournaments and league fixtures
