Join Our Team as a Passionate Sports Coach!

We are seeking a full-time Sports Coach to join our dedicated team at our Bournemouth based Primary School, catering specifically to young people who have faced challenges and exclusions within the traditional educational system.

 

As our Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging sports sessions tailored to the needs and interests of our students.

⚽ Fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive social interactions among participants.

Promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices through fun and innovative activities.

Collaborating with school staff and external partners to develop holistic support plans for students.

Monitoring and tracking progress, celebrating achievements, and providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.

 

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives.

Previous experience in coaching or mentoring, particularly with individuals facing educational challenges or behavioral issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and colleagues alike.

Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability to tailor activities to suit the diverse needs of our students.

A commitment to fostering inclusivity, respect, and empathy in all aspects of your work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
