Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and forward thinking Teaching Assistant, to work within Hull Schools.

Contract: Temporary (1 term initially)

Employer: Teaching Personnel

Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a change in their education career, or a recent graduate looking to begin their career in education.

As the ideal candidate, you should:

  • Have experience supporting in an education setting or with vulnerable adults as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
  • Hold relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 Teaching Assistant, CACHE Level 3 Diploma or a Degree in Early Childhood Studies or similar
  • Be passionate about education and have a specific interest in supporting those with Behavioural difficulties or additional needs

The School is a busy provision in Hull and provides an alternative learning environment for students excluded from, or unable to attend mainstream School. To be considered for this full time post, you should have a Child Only DBS that is registered to the update service, or be in a position to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
