Speech and Language Teaching Assistant - Brent
I am currently working with a primary school who are seeking a Teaching Assistant with valuable SEN experience. They need someone that can really go in and hit the ground running while bringing new ideas and keeping students engaged. The role consists of working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who need support with communication and Speech and Language. So someone with the drive, patience and the skills to really get the best out of the children will be perfect for the role.
About the school
With an Ofsted 'outstanding' rating and a very strong leadership team in place who encourage development in order to further your knowledge and assist with your individual progression, which makes this school a very 'in demand' place to work. This particular school is based near Willesden Junction station, you can find on the London Overground, other lines accessible from the station are the Bakerloo line. The school has a nice community feel to it and the childs development is always the priority.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least a years SEN experience
- Good spoken and written English
- An energetic individual who can demonstrate working with an empathetic with pupils
- A valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application immediately

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
