Job description

Speech and Language Support Required

 

A Primary School in Burnley has approached us in need of a Speech and Language Specialist to work on a 1:1 basis with a non-verbal Reception child with ASD.

*You must have experience of working with non-verbal children*

*You must have a Level 2 or above Teaching and Learning qualification*

*You must have recent experience within a Primary School setting, EYFS experience is preferred*

Within this role, you will work closely with the class teacher who is friendly and well liked and the School’s SENCO who is approachable, supportive, and experienced in her role.

The role will be to start in September 2024 on a full-time, long term basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
