Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and development

• Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation

• Encourage and support students’ social and emotional development

• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Ability to follow instructions and use initiative

• Some experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
