Salary: £92.95 – £100.10 per day

About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, confident and motivated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bristol.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing across the classroom. 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom support to pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
• Deliver 1:1 and small‑group interventions to help boost progress
• Support children with their communication, emotional regulation and engagement
• Help create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour
• Contribute to observations, assessments and general pupil support

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• SEN or SEMH experience is desirable
• Patience, empathy, resilience and a nurturing approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
• A proactive, flexible and team‑focused mindset
• Reliability and a strong commitment to pupil development
