Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work with one of our partnership schools in Bristol. You will be working closely supporting teachers and within a multi-disciplinary team to create a safe, supportive environment where every child, particularly those with SEND needs or English as an additional language, has the chance to succeed.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Working with students 1:1 and in group settings to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where they can flourish. 
• Adapt learning activities and resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Helping to implement behaviour support plans and encourage positive coping strategies.
• Build strong trusting relationships with students to encourage confidence and resilience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with challenging behaviours and specific learning disabilities.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingess to obtain)
