Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Exeter specializes in supporting students with Autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. The school offers a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional development through personalized learning plans.

Responsibilities:

Support students in accessing the curriculum
Provide one-to-one and small-group SEN support
Assist with individual learning plans
Help manage behaviour and provide emotional support
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for supporting students with SEN
Experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication, patience, and resilience
Ability to work well within a team
