Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of special schools, units and Academies across the West London area including Hounslow and Feltham, that are in need of Graduate Teaching Assistants and Support staff. If you are graduate and would like to start a career in education supporting children with special needs, we want to hear from you!

If you have two or more of these invaluable attributes we want to hear from you;

• Health and social care linked with education studies

• Willingness to teach students that may struggle in a mainstream setting

• Psychology, Sociology or Youth work degree

• Passionate about supporting young people to succeed

• English, Maths or Science degree

• Experience working with ASC, SEMH or MLD/SLD

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
