SEN Tutor Opportunities – Inspire Young Learners in Tadley

Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Tadley and nearby areas
Contract: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available

About the Role

TP Tutors is seeking dedicated and compassionate tutors to deliver tailored one-to-one tuition for students who require additional educational support outside of mainstream settings. You will work with learners who may experience Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, or other additional learning challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating supportive learning experiences that encourage engagement, independence, and educational development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions
  • Adapt learning strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Encourage confidence, motivation, and emotional wellbeing
  • Support learners in developing independence and resilience
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals where needed
  • Monitor student progress and adapt support plans accordingly
  • Maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people is beneficial
  • Backgrounds in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, care, or support work are welcomed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
  • Reliable with good organisational skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to travel throughout Tadley and nearby locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
