We are currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Petersfield to support students with a range of learning and emotional needs.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Petersfield and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time positions available

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Support learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, and other additional needs
• Adjust teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and abilities
• Encourage confidence, routine, and independent learning
• Develop positive working relationships with students and families
• Monitor learner progress and adapt support where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people is preferred
• Suitable backgrounds include education, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, support work, or care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, flexible, and understanding attitude
• Awareness of safeguarding expectations and best practices
• Willingness to travel locally within Petersfield and surrounding areas
