Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
Implement a variety of teaching techniques to support students' learning goals
Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with students with SEN
Understanding of SEN policies and procedures

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

At least 2 years of teaching experience
Experience in developing and implementing individualised education plans

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' diverse needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
Training in specific SEN interventions and strategies

Working Conditions:
