Job description

Inspire Success Through Individual Tuition

TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver personalised one-to-one tuition across Hampshire.

You'll work with learners who have additional educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve meaningful progress through tailored support.

Location: Hampshire
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition tailored to each learner's needs
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support individual progress
  • Build learners' confidence, motivation, and independence
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress
  • Work collaboratively with schools, parents, carers, and other professionals

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Background in education, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to travel within Hampshire
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
