At TP Tutors, we believe every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed. We're recruiting enthusiastic SEN Tutors to deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition throughout Aldershot and neighbouring areas. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and a variety of additional educational needs through engaging, personalised tuition.

Location: Aldershot and surrounding areas

Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time positions

Hourly Rate: £25–£30 per hour

Where You'll Teach: Schools, community venues, and learners' homes

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver individual tuition sessions tailored to each learner
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Build learners' confidence and promote independent learning
  • Keep accurate records of attendance and progress
  • Maintain positive communication with schools, carers, and parents

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Teaching, tutoring, mentoring, Teaching Assistant, youth work, or similar educational experience
  • Good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to travel throughout Aldershot and nearby areas
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
