Help Students Rediscover Confidence and Potential

TP Tutors is expanding in Crawley and is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide personalised, one-to-one education for learners with additional needs. This role offers the chance to step outside the traditional classroom and make a genuine difference in a student’s life.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time available

About the Opportunity
You’ll work with students who benefit from a tailored approach, supporting both their academic progress and emotional development.

  • Deliver engaging, individualised sessions based on each learner’s needs
  • Support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build strong relationships that foster trust and consistency
  • Encourage independence, motivation, and self-belief
  • Deliver sessions in homes or local community settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in any setting
  • Confidence teaching core subjects such as English and maths
  • Ability to travel within Crawley and nearby areas
  • Patient, adaptable, and positive approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
