Job description

Make a Difference with Personalised Tutoring

TP Tutors is currently recruiting passionate tutors in Horsham to deliver tailored Maths and English sessions to students with Special Educational Needs.

This is an ideal role for those with SEN experience who want a rewarding and flexible position supporting young learners.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Specialist roles available)
Location: Horsham and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, learner-focused sessions
  • Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
  • Build a safe, consistent, and encouraging learning environment
  • Provide tuition in homes or local community settings
  • Help students develop confidence and reach their potential

Requirements

  • Experience working with SEN/SEND learners
  • Ability to teach Maths and/or English (primary or secondary)
  • Based in Horsham or able to commute locally
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and reliable
  • Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
