Passionate about helping young people unlock their potential? We’re looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Horsham to provide tailored learning support that makes a lasting difference.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Horsham and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Role
Deliver one-to-one sessions that are structured, engaging, and designed to support both educational achievement and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences
  • Support a variety of SEN needs
  • Keep learners motivated through creative techniques
  • Encourage confidence and independence
  • Monitor and adapt learning plans based on progress

Who You Are

  • Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
  • Supportive, patient, and proactive
  • Skilled at building strong connections with learners
  • Knowledge of safeguarding requirements
  • Able to commute within the Horsham area
