The Role
Deliver one-to-one sessions that are structured, engaging, and designed to support both educational achievement and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities

Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences
Support a variety of SEN needs
Keep learners motivated through creative techniques
Encourage confidence and independence
Monitor and adapt learning plans based on progress

Who You Are

Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
Supportive, patient, and proactive
Skilled at building strong connections with learners
Knowledge of safeguarding requirements
Able to commute within the Horsham area
