Job description

TP Tutors is recruiting committed and compassionate tutors in Crawley to provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Experience Preferred)
Location: Crawley and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Full-Time and Part-Time options available)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging and personalised lessons in Maths and/or English
  • Work with students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Provide a supportive, structured, and encouraging learning space
  • Conduct sessions in students’ homes or local community settings
  • Support learners in building confidence and achieving their goals

✅ Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Strong knowledge of Maths and/or English
  • Based in Crawley or able to commute locally
  • Compassionate, flexible, and resilient attitude
  • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
