TP Tutors is expanding in Haywards Heath and is looking for motivated SEN Tutors to provide high-quality, personalised support to learners with additional needs. This role offers flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to truly change lives through education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Haywards Heath and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

The Opportunity

You will work one-to-one with learners who require a tailored approach to education, helping them overcome barriers and re-engage with learning in a meaningful way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support needs such as ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Support academic development alongside confidence and wellbeing
  • Build positive, consistent relationships with learners
  • Deliver sessions in homes, schools, or local community settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or youth support
  • Strong knowledge of core subjects (English and Maths preferred)
  • Based in Haywards Heath or able to travel locally
  • Patient, resilient, and adaptable
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
