Do you have a passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning? If you’re located in West Sussex or nearby, TP Tutors is seeking compassionate SEN tutors to deliver personalised tuition in Maths, English, and other core subjects.

Help shape brighter futures through flexible, impactful teaching.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: West Sussex and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Support students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Foster a positive and consistent learning environment
  • Provide tuition in homes or community-based settings
  • Encourage engagement, resilience, and academic growth

What We Need

  • Background in education, mentoring, or SEN support
  • Confidence teaching at primary and/or secondary level
  • Based in West Sussex or able to travel locally
  • Reliable, empathetic, and flexible in your approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
