TP Tutors is looking for committed SEN Tutors to support learners across Christchurch. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about inclusive education and want to provide personalised support that helps young people thrive both academically and emotionally.


Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Christchurch and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition designed around each learner’s needs
  • Support students with additional needs including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to maintain engagement
  • Build positive, consistent relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
  • Deliver sessions in home or community-based environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, mentoring, or care)
  • Ability to deliver core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science
  • Based in Christchurch or able to travel within the local area
  • Patient, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
