Every learner’s journey is unique—and with the right support, every learner can succeed. TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors in Poole to deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition for students who need a more flexible approach to learning.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan engaging sessions tailored to individual learning needs
  • Support students with SEN such as ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Foster strong, consistent relationships to support engagement
  • Deliver tuition in home or community environments
  • Encourage both academic success and emotional development

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting
  • Confident teaching core subjects
  • Able to travel locally within Poole
  • Empathetic, organised, and dependable
  • Dedicated to inclusive practice and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
