Make a Real Impact – SEN Tutors Required in Poole

Do you want a rewarding role where you can change lives through education? We are seeking compassionate and motivated SEN Tutors in Poole to support learners in achieving their goals.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

Working one-to-one with students, you will deliver tailored sessions designed to support both educational attainment and personal growth in a structured, positive setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver customised, engaging tutoring sessions
  • Support learners with a variety of SEN needs
  • Use creative approaches to keep students motivated
  • Help build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience
  • Assess progress and adapt sessions accordingly

Who You Are

  • Background in teaching, tutoring, or SEN support
  • Calm, adaptable, and supportive in your approach
  • Able to build trust and rapport with young people
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • Able to commute within the Poole area
