Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Opportunity
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners with additional needs. You’ll play a key role in helping students grow academically while also developing their confidence and independence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, tailored sessions
  • Support learners with diverse educational needs
  • Use creative approaches to maintain interest and participation
  • Help students develop confidence and self-belief
  • Monitor development and celebrate progress

About You

  • Experience working with young people in education or support roles
  • Calm, encouraging, and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to adapt to different learning needs
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
  • Based in or able to commute around Poole

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
