TP Tutors is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors in Weymouth to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners who need a more tailored approach to education. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working flexibly in your local area.


Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Weymouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time available


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions aligned to each learner’s needs
  • Support students with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Adapt teaching methods to promote understanding, confidence, and independence
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with learners and their families
  • Deliver sessions in home or community-based environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support roles)
  • Ability to confidently deliver core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
  • Based in Weymouth or able to travel locally
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
