TP Tutors is expanding in Poole and is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide high-quality, one-to-one support for learners with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful education in a flexible and rewarding role.

Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time roles available

Your Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, structured tuition sessions tailored to individual learners
  • Support a variety of additional needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Help students build confidence, resilience, and academic skills
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships that encourage engagement
  • Deliver sessions in home or local community settings

About You

  • Background in education, tutoring, or youth support
  • Confident in delivering core curriculum subjects
  • Based in Poole or able to travel locally
  • Reliable, adaptable, and empathetic
  • Committed to safeguarding and best practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
