Do you have a passion for supporting young people with additional needs? If you're based in or around Christchurch, TP Tutors is looking for dedicated SEN tutors to deliver personalised education that makes a lasting difference.

This is your chance to step into a flexible, rewarding role where every session has real impact.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Christchurch and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects such as Maths and English
  • Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and abilities
  • Provide a consistent, supportive, and structured learning environment
  • Deliver sessions in homes or suitable local settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND
  • Ability to teach at primary and/or secondary level
  • Based locally in or near Christchurch
  • Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
