Empower Potential – SEN Tutors Wanted in Blandford Forum

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and succeed? We’re looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Blandford Forum to provide personalised, one-to-one learning support that helps students grow in confidence and achieve their goals.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Blandford Forum and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role
You’ll work closely with learners who benefit from a tailored approach, creating engaging sessions that meet their individual needs while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver customised learning sessions
  • Support students with a variety of SEN needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each learner
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or SEN support
  • Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Based locally or able to commute to Blandford Forum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
