Make Learning Matter – SEN Tutors Required in Dorchester

Are you looking for a fulfilling role where your work has a lasting impact? We’re recruiting passionate SEN Tutors in Dorchester to provide high-quality, personalised education to young learners.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Dorchester and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

You’ll support students on a one-to-one basis, delivering structured, engaging sessions that help them grow academically and personally in a supportive setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver customised learning sessions
  • Support learners with diverse SEN needs
  • Use creative strategies to maintain engagement
  • Build confidence, independence, and self-esteem
  • Track and adapt learning plans based on progress

Who You Are

  • Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
  • Calm, supportive, and proactive
  • Strong ability to connect with young people
  • Understanding of safeguarding requirements
  • Able to commute within the Dorchester area
