Education isn’t one-size-fits-all—and that’s where you come in. TP Tutors is seeking compassionate and skilled SEN Tutors across Dorset to work with young people who benefit from a more individualised approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Dorset and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available

Your Impact

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
  • Work with students with a range of additional needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Build strong, consistent relationships that foster engagement
  • Deliver sessions in homes or local community settings
  • Support holistic development—academically and emotionally

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people in education or support roles
  • Ability to teach core subjects confidently
  • Based locally or able to travel within Dorset
  • Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
  • Passionate about inclusive education and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
