Support Learners to Succeed on Their Own Terms

TP Tutors is seeking committed SEN Tutors in Chatham to provide focused, one-to-one tuition for students who require additional support outside mainstream settings.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Chatham and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver structured and engaging one-to-one tuition
  • Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Help learners build confidence, resilience, and study skills
  • Tailor teaching methods to suit different abilities and learning styles
  • Conduct sessions in home or community environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient, flexible, and understanding approach
  • Willingness to travel within Chatham and surrounding areas
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
