Teaching personnel are currently looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Trafford area, Greater Manchester. If you’re passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
- Support pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored learning interventions
- Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
- Encourage student independence and boost self-confidence
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (in school or similar setting)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA, Team Teach) desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
