Then we have just the job for you!
We are currently looking for a passionate and hard working Secondary SEN teaching assistant to join our ever growing team of educators here at Teaching Personnel.
Ideally you will have a background working with challenging behaviour as a lot of the pupils in these schools have challenging behaviour traits, such as social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will need to have strong relationship building skills, confidence and the necessary dedication to this role.
We are looking for the following skills;
- Previous experience within the SEN or behavioural environment
- Flexible and adaptability to work short and long term positions
- An excellent track record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Patience
- The ability to learn and adapt to your work role
- Confidence
The correct candidate will be strong minded and have high interpersonal skills. With the ability to remain professional yet build professional relationships and make a positive difference.
