Teaching Personnel is offering an exciting role as an SEN Teaching Assistant in the Colchester, Essex area. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will have the pleasure of working in a lovely SEN School alongside an excellent team of staff. You will be supporting students with a range of needs including; Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Challenging Behaviour a 1:1 or classroom basis. Although there will be a lot of 1:1 support, aim is to build the child’s confidence and social skills in order to allow the child to learn independently within the classroom.
The ideal candidate:
- SEN experience is essential
- Any experience working with children
- Passionate about supporting children’s personal and educational development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
