A welcoming primary school in Hounslow is looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children during the most important stage of their development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for Early Years education who wants to make a lasting difference to children's learning, communication and personal development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
Experience working within a Nursery, Pre-School, Childcare or EYFS school setting
A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
Experience supporting children's communication, language and social development
A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting children within Nursery or Reception
Delivering engaging play-based learning activities
Encouraging communication, language and social skills development
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and independence
Assisting with observations and assessments
Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
