Upon the results being obtained, the successful SEN TA will be working with students in year 7 and year 9 splitting their time accordingly.
The school are therefore looking for an effective TA who has the ability to engage with students aged between 11 and 14 but is flexible and adaptable in their approach. The school is highly supportive of all staff and will offer the successful TA various training opportunities.
