The Role
As a KS3-KS4 Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial part in ensuring learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and supervising pre-prepared lesson plans
- Creating a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
- Engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson
- Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Collecting completed work and providing relevant handover notes
