The Role

As a KS3-KS4 Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial part in ensuring learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and supervising pre-prepared lesson plans
• Creating a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
• Engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson
• Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Collecting completed work and providing relevant handover notes
