SEN Teaching Assistant

Job description

Are you a sports coach looking for work in the Education sector? Would you like to work from Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.30?  If yes, and you’d like to know more read on.

The role;

We are working with a school that use a slightly different approach to education. The school day is designed to give students more freedom to develop. In the mornings students participate in worked based learning for two hours, with a big focus on Literacy and Numeracy. After the learning session has been completed students have the freedom to go outside of school and continue their development to be more independent. All support staff take their 1:1 students outside of the school,  which can include playing sports, games or going to parks.

Do be considered for this role we require;

  • Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working in the Care sector
  • Experience as a sports Coach
  • Experience as a youth worker

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
