SEN Teaching Assistant

We are working with three large SEN schools in the Hillingdon area of London.

With schools returning this September we are looking to appoint experienced SEN teaching assistants who would be interested in working full-time on a 1:1 basis.

You will be allocated to one school and will work regularly in this school supporting children in class and throughout the school.

We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in SEN schools, Alternative provisions and units or have an interest in working in education.

Both schools provide for children in Primary, Secondary and Post-16 with special needs. However, the needs of the pupils in the school varies:

• Two schools based in Uxbridge - autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, speech and language, complex learning and social needs
• School based in West Drayton - social and emotional difficulties, autism and learning difficulties

You will need to be able to work from 08:30am until 4:00pm and have the flexibility working across age ranges, in return we can pay from GBP70 per day (depending on experience).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
