SEN Teaching Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with an outstanding special school for pupils with severe and complex needs. Our client school require a Support Assistant to start as soon as possible to support pupils with additional learning needs. You will be required to have previous experience of such a role and will have previously worked as part of a team to meet needs of pupils.

Furthermore, the school re looking for:

  • Someone to be able to demonstrate the use of initiative
  • A desire to become involved in professional development to ensure high quality of provision
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt calmly to ever changing situations
  • Team Teach Trained

The school is based in central Bury and is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
