SEN Teaching Assistant job

Job description

A mainstream primary school need an experienced teaching assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASC on a full time basis. 

The pupil is in a year 3 class however is struggling with a full time classroom environment. 

As a 1:1 support assistant you will need to build effective rapport with the child to enable them to fully access their learning as well managing any behaviour difficulties.

The aim of the 1:1 role is to raise attainment and eventually re introduce the child back into the classroom full time. 

You will benefit from ongoing support and training as well as a friendly team of colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
